Our company has expertise in the area of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), faith-based organizations (FBOs) and foundations. One of the key reason is the fact that its manager worked for more than ten (10) years at the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) as its Legal Advisor and Notary whereas RGB is a specialized organ charged with the registration of the above mentioned organizations. It is also in charge of issuance of operational certificates and legal personality to the above mentioned legal entities as well as monitoring their functioning.

In this regard, our company provides the service of drafting all the required legal documents for the registration of NGOs, FBOs and foundations and when all legal documents are drafted and approved, our company provide also the service related to the follow up process of the registration of the above legal entities in different state organs such as the Sector, District and the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB).

We specifically provide the follow up service for the registration process of the following legal entities:

For the type of foundations known as private benefit foundations and mixed benefit foundations which are registered by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), our company provide also the service of drafting all legal required documents together with the follow up process for the registration of those foundations.
